Why haven't I received my confirmation email?

This is most likely because you are using a free email service (such as Hotmail) who's systems can delay or not receive your confirmation message due to:

  • difficulties when your free email account has reached it's message or traffic limit
  • problems with overloading
  • slow service or lost emails due to the unguaranteed service nature of free services
  • our confirmation message incorrectly being marked as 'Spam' or 'Junk' email and moved into a junk folder (to access this you may be able to click on the Junk mail folder)
We recommend using your normal ISP or company email address (eg.,, etc) to avoid the inherent problems associated with free email accounts.

If you're not using a free email service and still haven't got your message after a number of hours, please check your email address was correctly entered and is working.
