What does this message mean?
'... has attempted to send you a message however has been blocked...'

This occurs when another member tries to message you but has been blocked because:

you have set up blocking rules to prevent certain types of members from contacting you (eg. members that don't provide basic details about themselves in their profile)
you have blocked that member.

The first time another member tries to contact you but is blocked, we let you know of their attempt and give you the opportunity to override the block. To view the blocking filter options available, visit your content control section

Please note: This message only appears if another member attempts to message you - they don't get a chance to start writing the message
